Giedrius Kabašinskas is a barrister with an interest in insurance law, personal injury and family law. 

Prior to career at the Bar, Giedrius spent four years working for various solicitors’ firms. Giedrius has obtained a substantive experience in Personal Injury litigation. Whilst working for solicitors’ firms he appeared before Masters of the High Court and in County Courts in interim applications and case management hearings.  

Personal Injury
Giedrius accepts instructions from claimants and defendants on paper and in Court in all aspects of personal injury claims. His practice combines advisory work, drafting and advocacy. He drafts pleadings and schedules and advises on all areas including claims arising out of road traffic accidents, credit hire, employer’s liability cases and public liability claims.
Family Law
Giedrius accepts instructions in injunctive relief applications and occupation orders. He also accepts instructions in private law children work both for applicants and for respondents. He regularly appears in case management hearings, fact finding and final hearings. Giedrius also appears in various stages of public law children matters.
Direct Access
Giedrius is Direct Access accredited and accepts instructions directly from the members of the public. 
Giedrius enjoys playing tennis, swimming, running and sailing.
