Jacqueline is an experienced civil practitioner whose core practice lies in the areas of civil litigation (specifically property and land, planning and commercial law), family law, professional disciplinary and public law (including Judicial Review).

Jacque’s civil practice comprises a broad range of litigation.

Jacque accepts instructions to advise and represent clients in relation to the full range of property and land law proceedings. Her caseload in this area of practice typically involves the following types of case :

• Residential and commercial property disputes
• Leases
• Dilapidation and disrepair
• Service charges
• Neighbour and nuisance disputes
• Boundaries, easements and rights of way and light
• Adverse possession
• Trespass
• Social housing

Jacque offers a wealth of planning law experience and advises and represents both private and commercial clients in relation to the following areas of planning law :

• Development control
• Planning appeals
• Planning enforcement
• Compulsory purchase

Jacque has a broad chancery and commercial practice which includes trusts, wills, inheritance and probate, professional negligence, tort and commercial contract. In addition to these areas, Jacque is often instructed to advise and represent clients in relation to a range for public law proceedings, including Judicial Review and community care.

Jacque can be instructed on private law (children) matters, including child arrangements orders (applications for contact and residence) and injunctive remedies before the family court such as applications for non-molestation and occupation orders.
